Lagotek Corporation was formed in June 2005 as a core technology company. It develops, markets, and supports residential technology systems based upon patent pending, and company-owned intellectual property. Four technology founders started the company. Their backgrounds include participation in several software start-ups as well as hardware/software full development cycle experience at Intel, Parametric Technology and Microsoft. The president and chief financial officer have extensive start-up to industry leadership experience including capitalization from private and public markets.
